Team Development workshops and programmes

If you would like some help in developing your team there are a number of options available to help you.

Working together
A one-day workshop (that can be offered as two half-days)for a service team, that explores the reasons why team members can find it difficult to work together. A further half day allows participants to develop strategies for addressing the causes of recurring problems.

Moving forward together
A workshop, offered over two half days, in which team members review their goals and examine key operating systems, to identify  strategies for becoming more effective.

A longer programme can be commissioned in which the team is facilitated in reflecting on their implementation of these strategies and refining them in light of their experience.

Support for designing your own team development programme
Really Learning can work with you to design a development programme that addresses the specific needs of your team. This could involve workshops, learning sets, facilitated discussions, or a development agenda for individual members. We can then work with you throughout the development programme, or support you in delivering it yourself.
