Away Days

Away days can be the most valuable time you spend together as a team, service, practice or Board. Or they can be a huge waste of time, money and energy - worse, they can even demotivate and cause destructive conflict.

Really Learning has developed a particular approach to away days. We will happily work with you to design and facilitate your day (or however long your protected time) but we ask you to commit to:

• allowing us to involve all the participants in the design process
• all participants fulfilling an agreed role on the day itself
• reflection on process as well as content at the end of the day
• reading and discussing a written summary of the outcomes of the day
• a follow up meeting, at an agreed interval, to reflect on progress.
